Officer Education

In America, education system for the officers are absolute. This condition it's very notable due to the phase to enhance our self potention and it to form a perfect competition condition. In this case, it's open change for all faction, Thats the ideal condition event though in the real live it still get a special dispensation.

In US Military,education and knowledge elaboration it's absolute for every phase. For example from the recruitment until in active service, from the Private First Class until Four Star General they obligatory to have a Professional Military Education Course wich is adjusted with their responsibilities and rank. It course bassed with the Military Occupation Specialty (MOS) in their Corps ( Infantry,Artillery,Armor...)

Indoneian Army already utilize that system. At this moment as we know specially for the officer if they want to appeal to higher level or rank they should surpassing some courses. Furthermore, to enter thats course we have to pass the entrance examination such as PT, bodily healt, physical condition, act.

So Guys... what are you waiting for, start from now get ready for that competition.... !!!!!!!!!

in my opinion according to that pharagraph, as a commander we should analysis the enemy composition,disposition,strenght, ability to reinforce and every posible course of action before we make a decision for the course of action. Furthermore we have to prepare our self and our men, and make our team as a teamwork couse before we involve to the battle not only the battlefield but also in our livelihood as a soldier we've determine our ability to face future time, right now is the right time to fill our knowladge and maintain our skill. 990.123
