in my opinion according to that pharagraph, as a commander we should analysis the enemy composition,disposition,strenght, ability to reinforce and every posible course of action before we make a decision for the course of action. Furthermore we have to prepare our self and our men, and make our team as a teamwork couse before we involve to the battle not only the battlefield but also in our livelihood as a soldier we've determine our ability to face future time, right now is the right time to fill our knowladge and maintain our skill. 990.123

well i couldn't agree more with the essay you've made. if i'm not mistaken, the quote belong to SUN TSU, master of war strategy from ancient china. As Alvin Tofler said, "Information is Power", and the essential phase in any kind of operation is preparation. This phase would be the foundation to built a decisive plan of a succes operation. Furthermore, victory is aimed at those who willingly stand and fight together side by side as a band of brother in the severe battlefield. Here lies the spirit of fighting among the soldier in which grows the superb teamwork.

Furthermore we have to prepare our self and our men, and make(TRAIN) our team as a teamwork CAUSE before we involve IN the battle not only IN the battlefield but also in our livelihood as a soldier we've determine our ability to face THE future , right now(suggest: 'THIS MOMENT' avoid using RIGHT 2 times in a sentence, redundancy) is the right time to fill( TO BROADEN ) our KNOWLEDGE and maintain our skill.
In my opinion, concerning to that PARAGRAPH, as a commander we should ANALYZE our enemy’S composition,disposition,strength, ability to reinforce and every POSSIBLE course of action before we make a decision OF our own course of action.
